Hosted by Andi Peters, the Invention Test is one of the biggest highlights at the show which takes place in London's Olympia on 12-14 November and is a must for foodies. Contestants are invited to take part and hold their nerve to create something tantalising with some mystery ingredients in just 30 minutes and will be judged by MasterChef judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace.To inspire you, Plenty have called upon self confessed foodie and celebrity MasterChef contestant Andi Peters to whip up some tantalising dishes like a Roast Red Pepper and Chorizo Tortilla and Rib Eye Steak with Tomato and Avocado Salad which are the perfect recipes for entertaining friends. He's also conjured up some delicious cocktails, Tequila, Lime Mint and Ginger Cocktail and Passion Fruit and Guava Refresher to treat guests with.Plenty is all about making life easier for you, so naturally we've filmed Andi creating these tasty treats so that you can pick up all his tips and even cook along with him.
